White Bean + Parsnip Dip
A super quick + easy dippy recipe for Little Veg Lovers.

Ingredients
- 2 x pouches of Ella's Kitchen Parsnips pouch
- 150g cooked butter beans, drained
- 2 x tbs greek yoghurt or fromage frais
- 1 tsp cumin
- sprinkle of parsley
Method
- Add all the ingredients except the yoghurt to a pan and heat through
- Blend with a stick blender and then stir through the yoghurt
- Enjoy as a scrummy finger food with cooked veggie sticks
Yummy For Babies
This would be good as a dip or mashed up with fish for a more textured meal (check for bones first though!)
