We've pear-ed up three yummy sweet + savoury combos to get you started but feel free to get creative and mix + match your little one's favourite tastes!

Ingredients
- 1 eating apple, peeled, cored, and cut into small bite-sized chunks
- 40g / 1 1/2 oz butternut squash, peeled and cut into small bite-sized chunks
- Large pinch of mixed spice
- Natural greek yogurt, to serve
Method
- Put the apple and squash in a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water
- Place the pan over a medium-low head and simmer, part-covered with a lid, for 12-14 minutes until the apple and squash are very soft
- Stir in the mixed spice and mash with the back of a fork. Alternatively, puree in a food processor or using a hand blender
- Serve on top or stirred into the yogurt
