three ways with oats- strawberries + cream overnight oats

A store-cupboard superhero, oats are great for filling up little tums!
Try these three easy ways to wake up your little one's taste buds.

Ingredients


- 30g / 1oz rolled oats
- 75ml/ 21/2oz whole milk or milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon ground mixed seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons natural greek yogurt
- 5 ripe strawberries, about 75g, hulled
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Method


- Tip the oats into a bowl and pour over the milk, then stir until combined. Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge overnight
- The next morning, stir the seeds into the oats (if using) and mix in the yogurt and cinnamon. Mash the oats slightly with the back of the spoon for a smoother consistency, if preferred
- Using a food processor or blender, blend the strawberries with the vanilla (if using) and stir into the creamy oats, adding more milk to loosen the oats as required
