Try these three easy ways to wake up your little one's taste buds.

    Ingredients

    • 30g / 1oz rolled oats
    • 75ml/ 21/2oz whole milk or milk of choice
    • 1 teaspoon ground mixed seeds (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons natural greek yogurt
    • 5 ripe strawberries, about 75g, hulled
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

    Method

    1. Tip the oats into a bowl and pour over the milk, then stir until combined. Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge overnight
    2. The next morning, stir the seeds into the oats (if using) and mix in the yogurt and cinnamon. Mash the oats slightly with the back of the spoon for a smoother consistency, if preferred
    3. Using a food processor or blender, blend the strawberries with the vanilla (if using) and stir into the creamy oats, adding more milk to loosen the oats as required
