Ingredients

- 30g/ 1oz rolled oats
- 75ml/ 2/1/2 unsweetened coconut drinking milk
- 1 teaspoon ground mixed seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt or yogurt of choice
- Large pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 ripe and juicy pear, peeled
Method

- Tip the oats into a bowl and pour over the milk, then stir until combined. Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge overnight
- The next morning, stir the seeds into the oats (if using) and mix in the yogurt and cinnamon. Mash the oats slightly with the back of the spoon for a smoother consistency, if prefered
- Finely grate the pear, mashing the fruit slightly with the back of a fork. Stir the pear into the creamy oats, adding more milk to losen the oats if needed
t-OAT-ally tasty!
For a warm oat brekkie, soak the oats in half the milk overnight, then heat the remaining milk until hot and stir it into the breakfast with the grated pear just before serving
