Mix + match your little one's favourite fruit or veggie dunkers with these exciting dip recipes. They're guaranteed to be a big dip!

Choose from these dunkers:

  • Pitta bread, cut into fingers
  • Vegetable sticks, such as carrot or broccoli, cooked until very soft
  • Fruit sticks, such as mango or banana, skin removed

    Ingredients

    • 60g cucumber, roughly chopped
    • Handful of mint leaves
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
    • 2-3 tablespoons natural greek yogurt
    • 1 small garlic clove, crushed (optional)

    Method

    1. Put the cucumber, mint and lemon juice in a mini food processor and blend until very finely chopped or pureed
    2. Tip the mixture into a bowl and stir in the cream cheese, yogurt and garlic (if using.) mixing everything together. Spoon into a bowl and serve with your choice of dunkers
