Ingredients

  • 200g diced carrot
  • 150g sweetcorn
  • 60g diced fennel
  • 50ml water

Method

  1. Steam fennel and carrot for 12 minutes (or until soft).
  2. Place all vegetables in a bowl with the water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
