Ingredients
- 200g diced carrot
- 150g sweetcorn
- 60g diced fennel
- 50ml water
Method
- Steam fennel and carrot for 12 minutes (or until soft).
- Place all vegetables in a bowl with the water.
- Blend until smooth.
